No matter how hard we try
Some good things never last

I guess that would be an appropriate beginning of a farewell message. Yes, much as it a hard truth to face, I would have to say goodbye. It isn't because I have lost my affection for the party concerned, but rather a dissatisfaction, not for Raiha-kun but for my own. Due to constraints of time, I have not been able to update much of anything. Not the Fuuko shrine, the Raiha shrine or their lover's shrine. I've thought about this for the longest while and I have come to a decision.

Why?

I've felt that not being to cope up with the updates and maintenance is simply not fair, both to Raiha-kun and to his adoring fans. It's like having to tell your kids who are hungrily waiting for more dinner that their mother hasn't got the time to cook. Yeah, yeah, bad analogy, but anyways...

So this is...much as I hate to say it...goodbye. To both Days of Thunder and Fuuko and Raiha: A Flame of Recca Romance. The Fuuko Shrine, however, will go on as it is my brainchild of sorts. All info and facts regarding Raiha-kun and his images will be taken down. You can however, find some more info about him, though not as detailed, in our bishounen shrine, Animen: The Bishounen Universe. Plus there are links to good Raiha shrines in The Fuuko Shrine.

Finally, I wish to express my deepest and warmest thanks to the thousands (yeah, about 4000 or so) visitors who have come to grace this shrine. ARIGATOU GOZAIMASE TO  ALL OF YOU. To the wonderful people who have signed my guestbook and who have written to me. THANK YOU. To the kakkoi people of the Flame of Recca Mailing List of which I have been a part of for the past 21 months who have given me much insight and inspiration. To my sister, Little Raptor, who was the wind beneath my wings. And lastly, to Anzai Noboyuki-sensei for a wonderful manga/anime series. It was a great 17 months, minna-san. I loved every minute of it.

On a final note...

Be true to yourself my dear, that's all I ever wanted you to be
Just don't forget to smile, when you think of me.
