“Recca! Tokiya! Where’d did you guys…” said the Hokage Clan in unison as Reiko walked in behind them.

“Who is she?” asked Fuuko.

“Uh…she is…uh…”Recca tried to explain. But before he could finish his sentence, she interrupted.

“I’m Reiko, Kai’s sister!”

“What do you think you’re doing here?”

“Uh…they said that I could join the Hokage Clan if I was good enough!” Reiko told Fuuko and pointed to Tokiya and Recca.

“Ok, Let’s see how good you are!” Fuuko, who was feeling a bit jealous, shouted as she placed her fuujin onto her wrist and beckoned her out of the door. They all could tell that Fuuko was in a bad mood and started praying for Reiko. As Reiko stepped out into the garden, the rest followed.

“Are you ready, Reiko-san?” said Fuuko in a sarcastic voice.

“Yes, whenever you are!” she replied as everyone noticed that she was unarmed. “Uh…Reiko-san…your weapon?” asked Yanagi.

“Don’t worry!” Fuuko looked at her in disbelief as Reiko told Yanagi not to worry.

“Ready, Get Set, GO!!!” shouted Koganei Kaoru and Reiko took out her hyoumaen and formed a crystal blade. Everyone was shocked. They didn’t remember someone making another ensui nor the hyoumaen being in that form.

Fuuko jumped out of the way just as an icicle came her way. Reiko had used Dancing Icicle. Unknown to Fuuko, Reiko was just beside her and she used her hyoumaen to injure her arm. Although Reiko could’ve injured her seriously, all she did was tap her arm and made a tiny, shallow cut.

Fuuko was furious. As Yanagi healed her, she screamed, “How dare she? She cut me when I was just about to…”

Everyone sighed and Kaoru asked Reiko if she was alright. “I’m fine…but is Fuuko alright?” she asked worriedly.

Kaoru just sighed. Then Tokiya came up to her and said, “ You used both Tsurara Mai [Dancing Icicles] and Mizu Kugutsu [Illusion] right?”

Reiko nodded and asked,” How’d you know?”

Tokiya laughed, “I’m not blind you know!”

At dinner, Fuuko was still angry with Reiko. “I was just giving you a chance considering you’re younger than me!” she shouted. But after that, they ate their dinner in silence, all thinking about the day’s duel and how Reiko-chan managed to beat Fuuko.

“Reiko, can I see you for awhile?” Tokiya asked as she finished her dinner [he finished his a long time ago…].

“Sure!” she replied, not noticing the rest of the diners shocked, I-can’t-believe-Tokiya-did-that look.

“You sure have mastered Hyomon Ken. Can I have a match with you later?” he asked her.

“What’s the use? I can’t beat you anyway!” she replied quietly as he towered over her. But he just said that he wanted to test how good she was. They got out their madougu and informed the rest of the clan who too followed to watch. Even Fuuko!!

Reiko only managed to jump out of the way in time! If she was any later, she would be dead. Tokiya had conjured up Icicle Snake. Suddenly, another Icicle Snake appeared. The 2 snakes were battling their own war, leaving the 2 water wielders on their own. “Absolute Zero!” both of them cried out. Fortunately, both of them were untouched, except Recca, who was refereeing the match, received double the pain.

Yanagi ran up to him and quickly healed him. Recca was shouting at them after he melted just as the 2 snakes disappeared. Then, the fighters started to have a normal sword fight. Cling, clang! The sound was made as the 2 blades clashed against each other. Finally, both of them were too exhausted to carry on. They sat on the grass as the blades of ensui and hyoumaen vanished.

“Wow! What a fight!” the Hokage Clan called out, except perhaps Recca and Fuuko. Yanagi came by to inspect them and cure their injuries but neither of them sustained any! All they were was exhausted and tired. They went back into the house and due to the match, Tokiya fell asleep on the couch. The rest of them gathered and started to talk about the fight. Reiko was yawning away and was about to leave when Ganko, who admired her ability to spar with Tokiya, asked, “Where are you going, Reiko-neechan?”

“Ganko-san, I’m going off now. Maybe I’ll see you someday, I hope. Anyway be a good girl and tell them that I really enjoyed their company, ok? Sayonara, Ganko!” she said and turned to unlock the door.

“Where do you think you are going?” a voice behind her asked. She didn’t need to turn to know who it was cause

Ganko said, “Mikagami-niichan.”

“Uh…I thought you were asleep?”

“I was. But then they were so noisy that I couldn’t.”

“Ok…well I’m off then. Nice meeting you…”she said and the lights went out as she was about to unlock the door.

“What the?!” they shouted. Then the lights came back on again and they saw all of them, Recca, Yanagi, Fuuko, Domon, Kaoru and Ganko, standing in front of them. Yanagi was holding a cake.

“Welcome to the Hokage Clan!” they shouted in unison.

“Huh!?…” Reiko looked so surprised. “We thought that it wouldn’t hurt having one more team member so we let you in considering your skills are superb…by the way I’m the only person that Mikagami has ever lost to…much less someone who can spar with him until they’re tired…”Recca told her, “Anyway welcome to the team! Let’s have a re-intro!”

“I’m Sakoshita Yanagi. Healer of Hokage.”

“I’m Kirisawa Fuuko. Wind wielder and mistress of fuujin, onitsume, kazetsume, hikuu. By the way, I’m not angry at you anymore…”

“Ishijima Domon. Wielder of earth and master of dosei, kuchibashi, tetsugan.”

“Koganei…” Kaoru started just as Reiko said,” Nevermind…I know all about you already.”

“But that was when I was not with Hokage! Koganei Kaoru‘s the name and I’m master of Kougan Anki.”

“I’m Ganko Morikawa.  Mistress of Kugutsu.”

“And I’m Recca Hanabishi. Flame-caster of Hokage and half-brother of Kurei.”

“Tokiya Mikagami. Water wielder of Hokage and master of ensui.”

Suddenly, there was a 5 minute silence. “Aren’t you gonna introduce yourself?”

“Oh…uh…I’m Reiko…Reiko Mikagami. “ The whole group stared at her. Most of all, Tokiya looked very very shocked. “Uh…I was adopted by a couple and my brother was adopted by another family. And don’t worry the couple that adopted me had no children of their own before me so there’s no way me and Mikagami are related…and um…I’m mistress of hyoumaen.”

“…and second water wielder of Hokage!” shouted Fuuko unexpectedly. All of them then went inside and had a piece of delicious cake that Yanagi baked.
