Kurei looked back at his brother and acknowledged him with a nod. “I’ll see ya later! I need to go somewhere.”

“OK… Where?” Recca asked.

“I have to accompany Michiru somewhere, see ya later!” Kurei hurriedly went to the backstage to Michiru’s dressing room door.

Kurei stood outside the door for a few minutes before he knocked. ‘am I sure I wanna do this? …’  He softly knocked on the door and silently stood outside, waiting for it to be opened.

“HOLD ON a sec!” a voice from inside the room said.

After a while, Michiru opened the door and smiled as she saw Kurei. “Hi! You came! I was thinking you might not cause you don’t really know me and stuff… um, Come in!”

Kurei smiled,  “Nah it’s OK… um… is it a formal party? Because I won’t pass with this clothes.”

Michiru looked at Kurei from head to toe… “You look fine, besides it’s not that formal… just meet up with the other artists and stuff, trust me you look great,” she reassuringly told him.

“Well, OK.  Do you have to go anywhere else? Where’s this party anyway?” Kurei sat down on her sofa as she offered him a seat.

“It’s not really far from here. Do you know where Hotel Tokyo is?”

Kurei thought for awhile. “Is that the one 6 blocks from here? Yeah I know it.”

Michiru nodded, “Yeh that’s it!”

“Um, michiru, I liked your song a while ago. Your voice is also beautiful.” He said out of the blue. ‘You are also beautiful … if only I can hold you like you are mine… WHERE DID THAT COME FROM?!’

Michiru blushed. “Uh,  Thank you…” she said her cheeks still showing a pink blush ‘you flatter me too… I…’

“Well, are you ready? We can go now If you want…” Kurei asked her still wondering where those silly thoughts of holding michiru came from…

“Yeh, I’m all ready here,” she exclaimed.

Kurei extended his hand to her, “Shall we?”

Michiru took his hand and smiled. Their fingers intertwined as they walked out of the backstage together.

“I TOLD YOU KUREI LIKED MICHIRU! I won our bet Domon!! Give me your bucks man!” Recca and the others hid in the shadows as they spied on his brother and his potential girlfriend… crazy thoughts going in and out of their nasty brains.

“MICHIRU!!!! And KUREI?!” Taiki raised her brows up as she saw Michiru enter with Kurei… SHE never thought those two dated!!! She was shocked!!!!

“No, taiki. Don’t think of those stuff.. the only reason Kurei is here is because Michiru asked him to accompany her here because as you can see… we all have our dates and she doesn’t” said haruka. ‘sheesh… even taiki’s brain is infected by yaten’s brain cells…”

“YO! TYKES!! And ooh!!!!!! RUKA!!!!! Hey yo all, where’s Yeti?!” Michiru said excitedly as she approached their table.

“Are you sure haruka I mean, look at the way Kurei holds her hand… and every once in awhile they smile at each other.” Taiki whispered to Haruka.

Haruka stared at Michiru and kurei for a moment as Kurei pulled a seat for michiru… “hmm… I don’t know. Maybe Kurei does like Michiru… but really? I have no idea,” she whispered back.

“What are you freaks whispering about?”

Taiki and haurka looked up at the voice of someone new… Yaten… “what would u care DWARFY?! Whoops… I mean Yeti?!”

“is it already mean to ask?! Sheez! Man am I having a rotten day…” Yaten sat down as her date pulled a seat out for her. “You know what?? See that girl over there? She’s wearing the same dress as me!!!!! AS IF!!!!!”

“Yeh, so?!” Taiki asked, still observing Kurei and Michiru while they talk in their own lil word.

“argh what would u do if someone comes in a party with the same clothes as you?!”

“Nothing. I wouldn’t really care… I mean so what?”

Haurka shook her head, “ You guys… don’t start World War X, please!”

Michiru looked at them for awhile, “Who’s starting World War?”

“taiki and Yaten, as usual.” Haruka said. “you guys, when are we gonna get food?”

“Wanna get some now?” said Robert, Haruka’s boyfriend.

She smiled brightly at him, “LET’S!”

All of them started to stand up as they approach the buffet table… mouth watering foods served all around them. Each of them picked the food of their choice as music plays in the background… but they are still wondering where the heck Seiya is in the back of their heads… then again… THE FOOD IS GOOD!

They ate and talked… said Hi to people here and there… danced once in awhile…

When the song “Dreaming of You” by Selena came…

“You wanna dance Michiru?” Kurei whispered as michiru looked at her friends wistfully while they dance with their boyfriends.

“Late at night when all the world is sleeping... I stay up and think of you.. and I wish on a star that somewhere you are thinking I’m with you…”

She looked up and took his hand. He slowly lead her to the dance floor and encircled his arms around her waist as she placed hers around his neck.

They stared at each other eyes… Kurei mesmerized with those beautiful blue eyes of hers…

Michiru laid her head on Kurei’s shoulder. They swayed to the music as the others stare at them… whispering about how they’d fall in love…

Kurei held her closer as the and buried his face on her neck… “ God, I am in love with her… but how… can… ‘
